Ethical Values

Below you will find the ethical values that are most important to me. When completing work, starting with the interview process and ending with publishing work, searching for employers, and through life experiences in general, these values are constantly flowing through my mind as I make large decisions.

01

Transparency

Having transparency while navigating complicated obstacles is extremely important to me. Issues are fixed easier if we have all of the information laid out before us; with each person involved being honest, providing all facts needed, problems can and will be solved in a truthful manner to benefit all parties involved.

Teamwork

We are constantly working with others to benefit our own goals, professional and personal. Each individual has their own set of specialized skills to benefit each other when directing a client or project. Having team working skills helps to effectively examine an issue at all angles, and works to make the solution more diverse rather than biased by one opinion.

Fairness

No matter your race, gender, ethnicity, or religious affiliations, I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to achieve their maximum potential. Having a strong, unbiased, fairness policy both in and out of the office for all employees is extremely important to me.

Integrity

Although listed last on the list, I believe integrity is one of the most important values an individual can possess. Expressing gratitude, valuing honesty, accepting responsibility while being respectful to those around you will not only create a strong employee, but a genuine individual as well.
